Refunds
We accept refund requests for eligible products returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.

- You must provide valid proof of purchase (such as your order ID or invoice).
Once we receive and check your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are not refunded unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer product exchanges in the following situations:

- If the item was damaged during delivery.

- If the wrong item or size was delivered.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange. After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, we will share the return instructions with you. Please note:

- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue was our mistake.
