Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change!
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- To cancel, please contact our support team immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Refund Policy
We want you to love your jewellery! However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Refunds:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product you received is different from what was ordered.
- The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags.
🚫 Not Eligible for Refunds:
- Items returned without original packaging or after being used.
- Customised, personalised, or discounted items (like sale or clearance).
- Products returned beyond 3 days of delivery without prior communication.
Refund Process
- Email us or contact us on WhatsApp with your order number, issue details, and product photos.
- Once approved, you can return the product to our address.
- After inspection, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, Teza Jewellery will cover all shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. However, you can return the item and place a new order for your preferred product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned time:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
